Over the course of the next fifteen years, I worked on a diversity of natural resource management projects, including cultural heritage development with the Kombumerri people – salt water traditional owners of the Gold Coast region. It was these people’s ethics and philosophy that inspired me to set up a business that could deliver high quality ecological planning and organisational development services to Aboriginal organisations.
I have since delivered many ecological planning and organisational development projects to both the private and public sectors, including developing an organisational development capacity building program for Aboriginal organisations. Along the way, I have met many inspiring people, shared ideas and philosophies, enabling me to develop and deliver innovative high quality services to industry at affordable prices. I was once asked by a prospective client, what my business philosophy is. It is quite simple, I’m only as good as the last project, and I always strive to ensure my clients are happy.
